I love Subway but this is the worst one I've been to.Bread was stale and then also overly toasted resulting in a very dry sandwich.Server didn't even know what veggie options they had and didn't understand why a vegetarian might want her to change gloves. Then couldn't process more than 1 piece of information at a time "Lettuce, Onions, Gerkins" had to be broken down into repeating myself after she'd added each item.I think it's mostly a training issue

They eve crew didn't portion the meats correctly and when asked their reason was " it's too sticky to scoop". They just kept repeating on extra charges for more. Rude staff.

All the order to get their order on time the restaurant they didn’t care about drivers I have been waiting for 1:20 minutes to get my order but still they give priority to the coustmer not at all to drivers.

Had an Uber Eats order. Was called by an employee asking me to cancel the order since they apparently couldn't fulfil the whole order...Couldn't do this as they accepted it their end and they needed to change/cancel the order from their end.Two hours of wasted time, zero food, zero apology, and two promised call backs that never happened.Uber ended up refunding the items in the end, just a shame we were left without food, waiting for a phone call that was never coming. completely ruined our n "Relaxing" Sunday morning.Worst experience with Subway I've ever had.All parties involved fobbed me off and never contacted me again.Terrible customer service.

I’ve never had an issue with eating from this subway before until today. My work mates and I ordered a subway for our work lunch and no word of a lie, 4/5 items were wrong. For a starter there was no crisps or drinks included with our meal deal. When I rang the restaurant they said they didn’t have any drinks or crisps in stock at all (???), they sent the wrong cookies, which wouldn’t have been an issue if everything else wasn’t wrong. BOTH footlong subs were wrong, had completely different salad to what was requested, no sauces, NO CHEESE?! The only thing that was correct was the salad, fortunately for my work mate. I don’t understand how it could have gone so wrong but when I rung up I was told to request the refund on just eat, which has been declined. So I’ve paid £11 per sandwich, no extras, and completely wrong. Absolutely gutted, complete lack of care with their service and for their customers.

Ordered a plant patty sub and got a chicken and bacon sub. I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. Rang up to say they'd sent the wrong order to which they basically said "Welp, it is our fault because we sent out the wrong order, but not much we can do, you'll have to get a refund from Uber". Uber eats is asking for the receipt to get a refund, despite the driver never handing us a receipt, so now I have a chicken sub I can't eat, while another meat lover is no doubt severely disappointed.
