Not very quick to serve you if there's actually someone there, the staff often like to converse with one another rather than serve you. They don't seem to be able to serve you in a friendly manor, often seeming bored. Despite the fact that they rarely seem busy the tables outside are not clean.

Absolutely disgusting, something resembling peppers chopped into 3” pepper skin, brown lettuce two soggy jalapeños, cold dry ‘Philly steak’ that looked like a week old kebab meat and a squash led dry sub.I dread to think who’s hands have scraped this garbage together.

Lettuce was clearly not fresh (pink) and when I pointed that out to staff they refused to acknowledge that and replace it…dreadful place and service…avoid!!

On the 25/08/23 I fancied something to eat at Subway only to be served with a very frosty cold reception. The tables were really dirty, as a customer I did ask the lady on at the time to clean the table as I wanted to sit there, then to be told it’s only for people who’re dining here can sit here. I explained that I am eating here, she said she’ll get someone out to see to it, never did, found somewhere else to sit instead. Very dreadful service, no customer service, hygiene very bad.

The woman serving me , i am young, 14 , was incredibly rude speaking to me very harshly and like i was stupid when i asked for a meal deal. I didn’t say anything and was still polite but i feel incredibly disrespected and if you’re working in service you should be nice to customers . The bread was also very stale.
I came to this store a few days ago and was served by a lovely young lady by the name of Ali. It was my first time visiting a subway so I was a little unaware of how everything worked but she helped me through the process and was very patient and friendly with me. My food was tasty, warm and very filling. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely shocking. The two girls on the counter couldn't work on batteries. Three times the blonde one messed my sandwich up in the oven. Wasted most of my lunch break. Will never be back with idiots like that working there.

So first time i odered thort it was a little over priced but got everything i wanted its was all lovely and cold to top it off thay put the the drink on top so it crushes your food and the tube had leeked all over my foodThere was some bernt bits in the food as wellWe called and was just told ye thats how we do things and so its numal we were just left with a meal of dispointment thay didnt even want to talk to us ye wont be odering agen and going to see if we can get are money back coz this is just a jock
