Was really excited to have a taco bell after a concert in sheffield. Ordered our food and was told there was no rice therefore we asked whether it was the same price as the rice was the main part of what we was ordering then was looked at as if we was stupid. Felt as though the staff was really rude especially when we asked for some seasoning on our fries (they didn’t season the fries). Felt like it was a lack of effort due to them closing in 30 minutes. Waste of £20.

Been here a few times now and the tables are frequently filthy, rubbish is littered on the tables, seats and on the floor! It's disgusting - does it have a food hygiene rating??On my most recent visit, there were no napkins to clean the sauce that was smeard all over the table and the drinks dispenser was littered in the paper sleeves off straws.Not impressed! Which is a shame because I love their burritos ?

The cleanliness of this place just dropped massively, all the tables were sticky, spider webs near all the seats... It was nice a few years back after they opened but now it's just a mess

I came here with a group of eight 11yr old boys and 4 adults for a birthday celebration. The staff were absolutely fabulous, managed to take all the orders with no errors at all. When they realised it was a birthday they brought over complimentary churros. They were brilliant ?

The place is disgraceful!!! Late lunch on bank holiday Sunday afternoon. Hardly any customers in but yet again items missed from our order. The place didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day. Staff messing around behind screen yet no one thought about cleaning until staff overheard us complaining. Then asked us to move our feet so they could clean under our table while we were eating. Hope they all enjoyed sitting outside in the sun having a fag !!!!

This has to be the worst food that's out there today ordered some food partner had to take it back as there was only cheese no chicken food was lukewarm didn't feel well after I ate here the foods poison will never eat here again

Wish I could give this place a good review, however the last 3 times I've ordered, multiple items have been missing. The food is good, but this will be the last time I order at least for a while, hopefully they can hire more competent staff.
