Willing to accept your order and take your money. Then they send you the wrong order out so you phone them and they say the General Manager/Supervisor will call you back then never do. Leaving you out of pocket and a curry fit for the bin! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really good food, would be 5* if the onion bhaji was "dryer".Service was very good but we had to have a dirty glass and fork replaced. One star cut for that.Lastly the atmosphere, was welcoming but once inside the lights were very bright, making it less cosy. It was the outside lights that attracted me in as i was driving sobthey are a great marketing pull. Just when inside, by the tables, you could have the lights dimmer.

Went tonight and the food and service were not goodThere were 10 of us and most of us had the same views. We felt like they didn't want us there. Not friendly at all it felt like we were un welcome. The food looked the same and the chicken was hard. We all agreed we wouldn't go back. We paid £36 each Best thing was the pickle tray

Been here before and can be quite noisy.But this time we went Saturday evening and was really busy. they put all the couples upstairs and kept the families downstairs which I thought was a really good idea. Food good as always. Will be back.

The food is always excellent, the service just right. As a family we rarely eat out anywhere else. The only drawback was that it was a little noisy.

Following a recent bereavement we met as a family to have a nice meal and a catch up. The restaurant was busy for a Monday but they understood our needs and arranged a quiet table. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Our waiter was so attentive and impressive a real asset to the business. The food was outstanding and plentiful with some saying it was the best indian meal they have ever had. As a family we are grateful for the fantastic service and hospitality provided by the restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, given the circumstances, and we will definitely return. Highly recommend
