The staff especially the women that answered was so rude uber said they had run out of chicken and chips so rang shop and still open, she told me very rudely to order from someone else. Its a shame because I really like the chicken from here. Terrible customer service

Tried this place a few times now. The staff are rude and don’t like answering questions like is the food halal or freshly cooked. I’ve tried the burger meal and the chips were rock solid, the next time I went I gave the owner some feedback and he asked me to leave the shop. Very rude and no customer service at all. The place is small and has seating for a few people only. Better alternatives in the town centre. The portions are very small and the chicken strips are bland.Vegetarian options: Small selection of vegetarian options, but not fried separatelyParking: Paid street parking, or you can park away from the town centre and walk 15 minutes. Or you can park at Lidl and buy something in store and then get 60 minutes free parking.Kid-friendliness: Portions are very small so suitable for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible front door

Staff rude and ignorant. Will only sell wings and tenders when busy and says chicken available but a 20 minute wait, not acceptable. Food we purchased was soggy and tasted like the oil was filthy. Avoid like the plague. Captive audience late on weekend nights and just there to make as much profit as possible for as little effort as they can.Wheelchair accessibility: None.

Ordered a takeaway at 1:24pm and the food didn't arrive till 4:55pm. The food was disgusting,horrible chips that tasted warmed up and the square pizza was the worst pizza I've ever tasted,that also tasted warmed up. It also gave me a upset stomach. Chicken burgers were fairly decent but the overall price of food came to just short of £40. Not worth it at all,oh and the burger was missing and only a portion of chips wa sent instead,so that was £6 wasted. If you like disgusting poor tasting food and like to wait 2 and a half hours for your delivery then I would recommend this takeaway. Or if your like me,and poor tasting food isn't to your liking,I'd definitely not recommend this takeaway.

I ordered with the very poor app. Put had to call as the app does not show what I want clearly. The staff told me not to worry they would sort it. So I ordered on the app. 1 hour later I called back to be told my item would be in stock in 30 minutes. This is at 8 at night ! Very poor service, I was told it was staffing issues. Don’t take the ordered them if you can’t deliver.

I came to this takeaway for 2 pieces of chicken breast meal an 2 chicken fillet burgers all of it cold never again rather go somewhere else

Been going here for over a year as my workplace is near-by, first thing I asked when I walked in was if it is Halal to which the owner said it is Halal. Went today as usual and someone told me it is not actually Halal and they lie about it, so I instantly rang them and asked if it was halal to which they again replied it is but when I asked if they had a certificate they were being a bit shady about it and said that they don't. If you claim to be Halal you'd have a certificate and be willing to provide it to anyone who asks without hesitation however they were being very sceptical about it. If they had just told me they are not halal I'd have no problem and gone somewhere else, but lying about it is unacceptable and a horrible thing to do. This is just my experience so make your own mind up, id personally not eat somewhere where there is doubt about it being Halal.

Very Quick delivery but it fails instantly. Asked for spicey fillet burger for it to be a normal fillet. I wouldn’t mind but it’s printed out in front of them. I would of called them but if they can’t follow off a printed receipt their is no hope.The prices are good for the quality but as I say the downgrade on review is for missing item which should never happen when it’s printed infront of you
