We usually order from here and I used Just Eat to place my order but it didn’t put in the correct time for collection so I phoned to amend this. The first person on the phone couldn’t understand me due to langue barrier, the second person told me to speak quickly as he didn’t have time for this. Absolutely disgusting attitude and he is running what used to be a great take away into the ground.

Food was late being delivered, when rang they told us they were busy then just straight hung up the phone when we asked if there was a timescale. Husband drove to the takeaway to see it was empty and no one was busy cooking food. Food finally came and the onion rings were soft and soggy with grease and the pizza was not worth the money. We usually have never had an issue with this place but it's safe to say after tonights joke we will not be ordering again.

First time ordering from here food not very good not value for money thought we would try somewhere different after seeing reviews on fb. It was £25 for house special kebab and garlic bread it was 30 mins late and clap cold had to warm up in oven. We will stick to flying pizza in future do it everytime and always end up going

I placed an order for £37.00 to treat my family over from Filey, never had any issues before, my granddaughter who eats this in a Filey takeaway always orders the chips on the side and when I asked is the chips in the wrap I was told ( you can have them in the wrap) I said no we want them separate. When the order came we had 2 Donner without sauce and no chips with wrap, when I phoned and explained this and was not being understood they then finally understood what I was saying and sent the sauce and chips, I then got a telephone call and thank them for there quick response only to be asked did I remember the conversation we had and basically insinuated me lying I was on loud speaker and all my family heard the conversation, I was told in the future to make sure I asked to order correctly. Basically he phoned me up on his private mobile number to speak to me like a child I am a great grandma and it’s the fact that he phoned me to reprimand me, if I was in the wrong why would they deliver a £2.80 bag of chips, I will be talking to my family and friends of my experience today I will not be buying from here again food carnt fault serviced diabolical.

not sure what the food is like but they scam you on delivery. they never delivered fiod but said they did. then when rang they said there driver was in doncaster even though he left barnsley 5 mins ago. be carefull of these corupt people!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. We have been ordering from here for years and never once had an issue. We ordered tonight via Foodhub and when the delivery came, we were missing a 1.2ltr bottle of pop and a chicken and donner kebab, I called them and the lady on the phone apologised and said she would get the missing items sent out. Then another driver delivered our bottle of pop and a small box of just donner kebab. So I called again and had the same lady answer, once again she apologised and said ‘I don’t know what they’re playing at’ and said she would send the correct item out. So once again we had another driver deliver the kebab but was missing the pitta bread that came with it, so I called and asked for confirmation about whether the chicken and donner kebab should come with pitta bread, the same lady answered and confirmed that it should. Whilst still on the phone she questioned a man who said ‘I made the order and I put one in’ so I explained to the woman that it didn’t come with one and I didn’t want it sent out as I ordered an hour ago and now wasn’t even bothered about the food. The man then came on the phone very confrontational and said ‘it’s busy what do you expect me to do about it’ I explained that it was unacceptable and that they should be more professional about things. He was adamant that the pitta bread was with the order, I asked him if he would like to come and take a look or I could send a picture he then became very defensive and called me a liar. In the end the food went in the bin because it really wasn’t what it used to taste like. I was more or less like eating plastic. Won’t be returning again.

Not all Pizza have included ingredientsAs I have allergies, I can’t imagine what they put on the pizzasThe town special pizza should put that ham is included.Also when I called to discuss this the workers been speaking rude.Not recommend to anyone!
Shocking customer service !! Been using this business for 24 years and order the same thing weekly My daughter ordered are usual and items was missing so she called up they questioned her and said she didn’t order them so I grabbed the phone as I was stood at the side of her when she did it they refused to accept she ordered and became argumentative , I pointed out we have been a customer for 24 years and order weekly I said add up our order 1-2 a week x 52 weeks and your prepared to upset us and call my daughter a liar , there answer was to put the Phone down on us !! Shame on you I bet the owner would love to know how much money it’s just cost them in lost orders for the years to come Shocking !!

Was absolutely disgusted not only did I get snapped at down the phone when placing my order but I also got snapped at when I turned up slightly earlier than I should have, will never be returning to there again speaking to me in that manner was totally unacceptable wouldn’t recommend going there.

Used to be nice but laat 4 orders have been wrong one forgot garlic mayo one forgot pitta for kebab one forgot chips ans laat one forgot sauces again ill not be giving them another chance

Been using this takeaway for years and never had an issue with quality of food. Ordered today and the pizza was awful. Cheese was sliding off there was that much bbq sauce on.

Ordered from here tonight as I have seen this when I go to my favourite takeaway down road Chico’s. My order was £32 and we was really disappointed. Had a kebab that was tasteless and dry and not a lot of meat for what they cost. Ham and pineapple pizza was terrible and tasteless and also never put our free pop and garlic bread for spending over £30. Needless to say we won’t be returning or recommending to others. If you want a great kebab try Chico’s down road.
