I feel so sorry for the three people on staff when I visited yesterday (well I feel sorry for two of them). One was trying to serve food and take orders at the same time leaving a queue of people waiting for several minutes to even place an order and even longer to then receive the food. Another was in the kitchen and was clearly pretty flustered trying to keep up. The man I presume was the manager seemed to be wandering around doing absolutely nothing before he finally started taking order to take some pressure of the poor man at the counter. When I finally got my food it was very nice so I can't fault them on that, but every time I've been it's been a similar result. The staff seem miserable and honestly I don't blame them one bit. Guys, please hire more staff and work on your organisation. Not only will the ratings go up but your own staff will be happier.

I love Burger King. Massive fan. But..... This one is always understaffed for one. Burger was good, fries were a chore to eat unfortunately (not completely cooked imho). Decor etc is nice but I will be giving this one a miss in future there is a new one opened near the dome (across from Asda)

Awful. The girl serving was using blue gloves touching food then her hair then handling cash from customers. I will never go there again.

Burger King always delivers great food. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the wait which can stretch on during the lunch time rush. Some times only two servers are on during the busy lunch rush hour. Otherwise it is perfect.

Visited 29/03/2018 , myself and my 9 yr old son.
Service at the tills was very slow
Couldn't find a clean table to sit at , bits of food all over them .
No toilets , which is bad when visiting with children.
Burger buns was soggy as if it had been sat in the warmer far to long .
