I went there today and ordered frape and had to pay extra money for whipped cream and after I paid for whipped cream a barista apologized. She apologized that the whipped cream ran out but no one gave me my money back and later I found out that the whipped cream is included in the order....

I visit costa coffee houses 3 times a week. On Saturday 9th April 2022 at 09.05hr , I visited the Doncaster branch in Baxtergate. While I was sat eating the 2 young ladies serving had a disagreement, as the order taken by one of them was wrong . So the young making the drink throw first one drink towards the sink area but the drink landed on the floor, then she throw as second drink in the same direction also landing on the floor. The young girl taking orders looked very surprised and didnt know what do. She tried to speak to the young doing the drinks but got ignored. I feel this was inappropriate behaviour from the drinks maker.Usually when I visit costa, it's a pleasant time and staff work together. But obviously it looked like there was an issue with the young girl making drinks. Very disappointed.

My boss got me a Costa coffee latte (our milk had gone off during the 40c day). The latte was pretty good.
Lovely helpful staff, cappuccino was was made and tasted great. Tables sanitised after each customer. Love this place.
