I visit costa coffee houses 3 times a week. On Saturday 9th April 2022 at 09.05hr , I visited the Doncaster branch in Baxtergate. While I was sat eating the 2 young ladies serving had a disagreement, as the order taken by one of them was wrong . So the young making the drink throw first one drink towards the sink area but the drink landed on the floor, then she throw as second drink in the same direction also landing on the floor. Polite staff amd fantastic prices. People say Costa cost alot of money but I found it perfectly value for money. You got lovely polite service along with perfectly fantastic food and hot drink.

We went in here Saturday and can not praise the 3 lovely ladies who work here enough. Besides receiving great customer service and delicious drinks, they were amazing with my autistic son and were so kind and understanding. They really went above and beyond and we can not recommend a visit to here enough. Best experience ever!!!
