Sadly not a pleasant experience at this outlet of Gregg's in French gate , Doncaster . Ordered mine and my partners food to sit in then to be told we are too busy, and we will have to wait until the "Food To Go" orders are sorted ....WOW ?Then had to wait 5 mins for our order .Either this outlet is short staffed or priority should be given to the walk in customers .

The Gregg's in the food court is better but this is also a lovely place, friendly staff
The staffs are always very nice, helpful, kind and lovely. And today even though they were out of baguette and was near the end of the day one of the staffs was kind enough to make the baguette I wanted (Tuna baguette). I wish I knew her name to mention it on here. Thank you for the kind gesture even though you didn’t have to.

Cold food, the girls over there are not even bothered to warm it up and instead they are asking if it’s ok to be cold, it’s the 4th time in 2 weeks.
