I went for a family meal, but an incident outside caused me some distress, I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the staff, for their concern Jack deserves a special mention he was very helpful ask if he could help and told me to ask him if he could help in anyway, thank you Jack ! Called in for a quick breakfast before travelling to London for the Madonna concert. Me and my friend were served by Ian a very friendly and knowledgeable host. Breakfast arrived promptly and was beautiful. A great start to a busy day, thank you Mallard

I called into this pub for a quick drink. It was very busy in the bar area with no available seating so with lots of availbe seating in the dining area I proceeded to sit on a 2 seater table. Within minutes I was requested to move by two staff members and informed that sitting in this area is not allowed. I pointed out that the bar was full and there where lots of spare seats available here. He insisted that I should move which I flatly refused but I finished my drink and left. If you want to sit down with a drink only, in what is essentially marketed as a pub then this is not the place to go. The member of staff I unfortunately encountered, who was responsible for seat allocation was incredibly rude and an absolute disgrace to his profession.

Came in yesterday afternoon and couldn't fault anything, was seated straight away even though they were very busy, was served by a young lady named Eloise who was delightful and informed us of offer they had on that day, great selection of food on the mix it ups to suit all tastes. Will definitely be back again

Mocha was lovely, big cup. Food was not upto par, cornflake breakfast burger was essentially 2 chicken nuggets on a bun, and I know this is not right as I've visited in the past, and 2 out of 3 hash browns we're burnt. And music very loud for 9:15am in a morning D: Staff friendly :)
