On visiting YWP on a very warm day required refreshment halfway through our visit.The service was fast and efficient. The Latte , tea & Honeycomb Cheesecake was delivered to our outside table. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. Excellent vist.

Great day out for any age but don't go to the big tent cafe, I'm not sure who hired the two working but Jesus christ they had no idea what to do. 40 people waiting and not one of them attempted to serve anyone waiting or bothered to organise 2 lines one for drinks and one for food. I know it must be hard making a coffee and handing out a sausage roll but sort it out.

The veggie "sandwich" was a raw baguette with a thin scraping of filling. Everything was dry and mediocre.One main was left out from the order, had to order again and were put in the back of the queue. So one person had to wait half an hour for the forgotten meal to arrive, after everyone else had already finished. Told staff there was one missing when the others came, they said it was still coming, it wasn't... The staff had checked that it wasn't coming and just didn't come back to tell us.

Very slow service, waited for cutlery that never arrived. And our vegetarian quiche came with ham inside, asked for a replacement but it wasn’t put through to the kitchen, Had to wait an extra hour for it. Overall Disorganised.

Ordered two salami sandwiches and a super food salad.Salami sandwiches arrived in raw baguettes. When I said I wanted sandwich bread. Tasted dry and disgusting.Super salad arrived with avocado which was covered black so basically off !! Ask for a replacement avocado. Finished my food didn’t arrive. Finally Caught a waitress and asked where my avocado was. She brought some more out and that was black too. Not as bad but still black.Overpriced and not worth the money.

Wow what can I say..... came today with my daughter she got chicken nuggets and chip that was fine however I got burger it was the worse burger I've ever eaten! We waited an hour! For food to come out hardly any staff at all tables dirty no cutlery would avoid

Couldn't get a burger so had a Quiche and salad plus fries from the Safari Cafe which I can highly recommend very tasty

We had to go there for a meal yesterday 26th April as the fast food place was only serving drinks - we paid over £28 for two Cheese Burgers, 1 portion of Chips and 2 bottles of Coke, we did ask initially if the Burgers came with Chips for that price, but we was informed that it didn't, but it did come with a generous side salad, which turned out to be 2 lettuce leaves with balsamic vinegar on, not impressed at all, it wasn't anything to write home about either be fair! Wish I'd taken a photo
We visited today and purchased two cookies. Luckily I checked the dates before eating as they were out of date. They had a date of 31/03/23.We spoke to an older lady with glasses behind the till who applogised and swapped them for us. She also said 'we are really strict with dates here'.. not sure that is true after our findings today!

A selection of cakes ? available also.Breakfast and lunch menu available, lunch from 11:30/12.If you have a Yorkshire Wildlife Park annual pass, use it at the till to save 10% on your order.Plenty of seating available.Toilet including Disabled toilet ? adjacent the cafe. Disabled toilet has full harness available also.

The wood chairs were under shelter mainly but must have been out all night in rain as even when they looked dry they were soaking and sitting down made water soak into your clothes giving you a wet bottom. The staff didn't understand what you ask for. As usual in all the parc, catering staff worked in pairs or 3s and service was slow and very poor. One person didn't know what was required from another. I didn't get what I asked for or paid for. Food quality is very poor and very expensive. Don t even bother . Take a pack up. You can eat that. Food here is the worst feature of the whole place right through it. Everything else is lovely. Don't waste your money or time queueing for inedible rubbish. Even the drinks are awful. Just make or buy in advance your own sandwiches from a shop or petrol station. They are better. Sadly.

As with all the eateries at Yorkshire Wildlife Park, this place is great. Good choice of snacks for refuelling, good range of drinks, plenty of space and friendly staff.

Ordered a jacket potato to go and then sat outside, food was piping hot and so was the coffee. Staff were polite, smartly dressed and professional at all times. Happy with the service I received ☺️
