Road weary, I needed to feed the family on a budget. Traditional old school chippy, rare and special find. Very affordable. Fantastic portions supported by lovely banter from the two lovely ladies serving. Well worth hunting down. The food was proper fish and home cut chips. Lynn's fish and chips are the best I've ever tasted. Everything is cooked to order. Very friendly staff. People travel miles for her gorgeous fish and chips.
Only discovered this hidden gem within the last 12 months and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Traditional Fish & Chip shop where your fish is cooked to order - 3 sizes to pick from. Fabulous dark batter and delicious chips that aren’t dry. Large fish regular chips and large peas for under £10 means it’s also incredible value, especially these days. Family owned and run. Give it a visit, we need to keep old fashioned chippies open

Delicious, love it every time I fancy some fish and chips and don't feel like cooking. Only down point is she closes at 2pm. So it's good for lunch, not so much for supper. But I still support the small local businesses as they're all hurting at the moment, just as the customers are. Gotta support British citizens and businesses to help our country through the current crisis.
