clothes are well made and wash nice from here but the queues are horrendous here many many times I have put my items back rather then wait in a massive queue

Excellent service from the lady called Olena sales assistant. Very Helpful didn't have my wife's size on the rail Olena checked the system found there was one showing she raced off into the back and returned to the changing room with the dress my wife needed. All shops should have people like this lady assistant.

Cafe has gone downhill, miserable staff who don't speak. Ordered a toastie, partially toasted on one side, asked for it to be toasted properly, no response just took the plate off me, she lightly toasted the other side but the cheese wasn't even melted which is the whole point of a toastie!!!Also, the toilets!!! They are disgusting and never any toliet roll, toilet seats hanging off. Sort it out Asda!!!

Worst cafe experience I’ve ever had. If I could give a zero star rating I would.Multiple items on menu “not available”, dirty tables, very plain plain which was not worth £4 at all, very rude young woman working behind counter who made me and my family feel uncomfortable as she was unprofessional and miserable. Definitely recommend going to nearby Costa or Morrisons cafe instead with wider selection and friendlier staff!

Nothing special and what's more annoying is there's no payments upstairs, so if you've bought stuff upstairs, you've got to take them downstairs and wait in a queue which wouldn't be as long if they had the tills upstairs open, which, incidentally still has the massive writing "PAY HERE"
