It was clear to see that she enjoys her role. I observed her upselling items whilst supporting her colleagues in making sure products were readily available for customers. I was encouraged to use my greggs' app and was told about the perks of using it. The store was kept well stocked it was also clean and tidy. A pleasant experience.”
