Not impressive!Fairly long que but busy so ok Ordered two coffee's a sandwich and a cake. You'll have to have a paper cup the cashier said! We said we want it in a cup ,you don't pay £5 for a coffee in a paper cup? Then when we went to sit down 70% of the tables were full of dirty cups and plates! Nobody could be bothered to wash any! Disgusting

Some of the staff have put me off coming here, not all of them, but some seem rude and I ordered one of those new hot milkshakes and they made it completely wrong. It was lukewarm at best, I got the strawberry one but it tasted like pure coffee which made me nauseous.

I went in today to have a coffee before shopping and Teigan served me what a lovely happy way to start my morning at Parkgate, she was genuinely happy to help and went through menu and the app which I have now downloaded. Thank you Teigan ?

visited with my daughter. ended up going to the disabled toilet which was disgusting no toilet seat the seat was on the floor lent up against the wall. floor was wet through with what I presumed was urine very dirty & unpleasant never again ?
