I have to strongly disagree with another reviewer. I found a member of staff to be unknowledgeable and dismissive to the point of rudeness. As the sausage rolls were warm I asked whether it would be ok to freeze them. The young girl on the till had no idea so went to ask someone else who said ‘no idea and it was up to me whether I froze them or not. She was not able to give advice.’I paraphrase the words spoken. Her attitude was not customer friendly to say the least. Some training might be a good idea.

9.10am Saturday morning 8 people waiting , 1 member of staff on counter, 2 walking around . I through customer service came first.
