Claimed a free prize from KFC on my app and because I claimed a free prize I have to pay full price for anything else on a separate order even with a specific discount card so the so called free item isn’t free. Another KFC scam to get you to purchase higher priced food and not give you the offers they advertise. Manager was useless and no help at all. Couldn’t manage her way out of aPaper bag and needs retraining.

Came in yesterday 17/03/24 for takeaway, was not given a receipt at the self service. But we waited for ticket 9009. A young girl gave us our order and we was given a large Pepsi. I put in a bottle of sparkling water but I didn't have a receipt. I explained it should be a bottle of sparkling water, but she just checked on her screen and said no large Pepsi, i Wouldn't drink this because i have a sugar intolerance and told her this, but she would not budge, I didn't want to cause a seen so I told my son to leave it because it was nopoint taking it because i would have just thrown it away. So we left the large Pepsi on the counter and walked away. It would have just taken 2 minutes to have changed this for me, but she had no intention of doing so.

The service provided by the staff is awful, as if I owe them a lot of money....foods are okay. The tables and chairs are not as clean as it should be.
We as a family love a kfc, but i dont think we will be going back to this one any time soon.
