Booked a table for 1:30 arrived on time, however my partner was running 10 minutes late, promptly brought food despite partner not being there. Got told we had the table until 3 however as soon as my partner took last bite (still in her mouth chewing) staff came and removed all the plates.I understand it was a Sunday and they were busy but the service lacked. Did they not think it was weird that I’d ordered 2 meals (pre-order) and turned up with a 1 month old?

I have been here a few times for food and Sunday lunch and never been disappointed,it's always been spot on with friendly waitress. This is why I brought two friends for lunch and a nice catch up. Two of us ordered the braised beef with mash and steamed veg. The beef was delicious and so was the mash but the steamed veg turned out to be a bowl of watery mixed frozen veg which is just not good enough for 14 quid. The waitress had the most miserable face I've seen and when she was collecting plates my friend picked some spilt food up and put it on the plate as she picked it up and I saw her actually roll her eyes as she walked away, so rude.Think I might give it a miss for a while.

Avoid if you are ceoliac. The menu they offered me were about 3inches big with little options. All the options were served with chips. When i enquired if the chips were gluten free as they havent been previously i was informed the chips are gluten free but they are cooked in the same fat as the none gluten fish therefore not gluten free at all. When i expressed my dissatisfaction at this and explained where they had gone wrong they just told me to have a jacket then.Dietary restrictions: Avoid if gluten free they dont take dietry restrictions serious.

I wasn't impressed with the meal of braised lamb steak . The frozen veg in a dish didn't look nice even the butter on top did not melt . The staff are friendly enough .
