We had the loveliest afternoon tea. Hadn't been to this cafe in many years and it didn't disappoint. The food was fresh and presented beautifully. There was too much to eat so we took a couple of cakes home with us. The service was excellent, with friendly helpful staff. It was busy when we arrived with customers who appeared to be regulars. Wonderful from start to finish. Ordered 9 afternoon teas for a small family gathering. Beautiful presentation and everything was delicious. Very reasonable prices.Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend! Thank you Buttercup x

This cafe is without any doubt the best cafe in Hillsborough, Sheffield.Always very friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble.Food is always exceptional where cakes are home made. Scones are so good it's very difficult not to have 2.I have no hesitation in recommending that the Buttercup is well worth making an effort to go to and enjoy a long long atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Menu is clearly marked
