“Worker Dane Williamson was extremely welcoming, kind and oddly cheerful. He opened the door for us which we found a little strange. He seated us at a table and proceeded to clean. We waited around 20 minutes for our food which wasn’t bad seen as though he was working on his own. However, what we found a little discomforting is that he kept banging the broom aggressively on the ground next to us as we were trying to enjoy our meal. I don’t know if that’s within the company policy of cleanliness but atleast he tried his best. When we were talking to him he stood there twiddling his fingers staring at the ground he’d just violently attacked with the broom as if he was a little nervous. This made us slightly on edge. Overall the experience was midKid-friendliness: Very friendly”

“My only issue is that the staff are kind of rude. They just hand you the food no smile or conversation. I understand it isn't the happiest of jobs (I've been there), but when I say 'Thank you' a quick smile or 'You're welcome' goes a long way instead of just blanking me.”

“There are some places that you would visit just because that staff are friendly, and Ofcourse, if you like KFC’s chicken, that’s just an added bonus here. Ever since my first visit to this branch a year ago for a burger, I always keep coming back to this place thanks to the courteous attitude of the staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with Ravi, who served me a couple of times and each time he made sure to greet me and take my sometimes long orders with a smile. Even during busy hours, Ravi is always helpful and smiling. Would definitely recommend the zinger burger and the hot wings.”

“A really nice KFC let down by delivery drivers parking in the disabled parking bays. Staff do take it seriously and tell the drivers but they just carry on doing it.”
