Had a £10 voucher to use but unable to ,as staff didn't know how to process. Same applied to their offers on the KFC app. Complaining to the care squad is a waste of timeParking: Very limited parking available - lots of mud covering some of parking spaces
Waited longer than was necessary could see my order but 3 people who came in after me were served before me and had to tell the girl behind the counter and only then did I get my food! Not acceptable!
