Aime ? No please. No thank you. Looks as miserable as sin even to her colleagues. Don’t need it first thing in a morning I’ll be using Starbucks in town instead.

Went in this costa coffee at woodseats, the filthy and heavily stained seats just put me off, I walked straight back out., they looked disgusting.

Avoid this place at all cost, unless you don't need to use the car park. Cameras will track your every movement and if you step outside the carpark in any other direction after or before buying a coffee, even if only for a couple of minutes to combine collecting a prescription for a dependent, infirm relative, you will be charged £60. Absolutely disgusting and will never use this or any other Costa coffee again

Went in here last week to meet a friend. Was in over an hour n half. My friend has since received a parking fine for the use of the car park!!! What or where do they expect you to park ??? Absolutely disgusting.

This branch is using predatory car park enforcement to target people picking up prescriptions for their families. I figured it's just for paying customers, which would be fair enough... but when I asked a member of staff, they advised that, even if you go in and buy a coffee, if the cameras see you leave the site and approach the medical centre, they will charge you £100. So you could buy £100 worth of average coffee, but if you go next door to Lloyds pharmacy without moving your car, they will issue a fine.

Went into Costa coffee Handsworth my 5th visit. Stood behind two men who were waiting for their orders to be completed. A couple came in after me, Girl blonde hair in a ponytail was training an older lady up. I was not acknowledged stood there for 10 minutes completely ignored. Girl training then acknowledged the couple behind me, so I interrupted and asked what flavour lattes they did and ordered a hot cross bun to be toasted . I sat down , 2 men still waiting for their orders. My latte was on the counter I waited for the hot cross bun. I collected my drink , no hot cross bun . I went to the counter was not acknowledged again, older lady looked at me I said I’m waiting for hot cross bun, girl training said oh sorry I’d forgotten!!!! It wasn’t exactly busy. After 45 minutes I finally left, girl training needs re training talk about dopey. Won’t be going back as service was appalling. Il scrap the app and go to a different coffee shop in future

Sausage sandwich although microwaved was full of sausages and very tasty. My latte was far too milky . I accept I didn’t complain but I should have done.

I would like to lodge a complaint about the way my two teenage daughter's were treated by the server in the costa on Chesterfield Road, Sheffield. They both came home feeling extremely upset, and I believe their treatment is due to the fact they are mixed race. Other customers were treated with a smile whilst the server couldn't even bring herself to look my daughters in the eye. Her tone of voice was harsh and when their drinks were ready she didn't even let them know. Instead she chose to leave the drinks on the counter and turn her back.I had tried calling the shop, however, no one picked up the phone. I am very disappointed at the behaviour displayed to my girls. Treating people of a different colour this way is damaging and not acceptable. The server was a middle-aged female, She was working in the cafe on Sunday 10/07/22 - the incident happened around 3pm.I am so disappointed as I have used Costa on a regular basis for years, either meeting friends there or finding a quiet spot to work.I would like a response from Costa regarding this matter.

Me and my friend attended heeley retail costa today. Both with our babies. I had my baby in a sling and my friend had a pram..... I took a seat at an empty table while she stood in the queue and I was told by a staff member the table was reserved for some people in the queue so I said ok and moved to the next empty table I found. He came over again and said that one was also reserved for people in the queue so feeling confused, I got up again and joined my friend in the queue to explain we were not allowed to sit down at any of the free tables as they were ‘reserved’ according to the staff member. My friend had a very hungry baby and so we switched places and she sat down at a free table to feed her baby and he tried to telll her to move but she rightfully refused. I have never experienced this before, every time I have gone to a costa or any cafe generally I go with a friend. One of us will queue while the other finds a seat and I have never been told the tables are reserved. There were no reserved signs, nobody’s belongings on the tables or a policy that said this anywhere. I am especially disappointed this happened to two mums with hungry babies. Just as I would have been if it was somebody elderly who very much needed a seat Two people in the cafe came up and said they thought it was ridiculous, and One man even gave his number and name as a witness if we needed to make a formal complaint. Another kind lady also offered to carry my tray of drinks over to the table because I had my baby strapped to my chest she could see I was struggling. Unlike any of the staff members A lady sat near us said when she arrived she put her coat on an empty table and went to join the queue with no problems at all, she wasn’t told the table was reserved for customers in front of her! So why were we? It can be very overwhelming to leave the house as a first time mum with an 8 week old baby and this made what was supposed to be an enjoyable day very stressful and embarrassing I am not normally one to complain but I am shocked at the service as I’ve been going there for a long time and never had any issues like this

We arrived at 3.30 knowing that they were closing to be greeted with 'we will be closing at 4pm' . The barista was more interested with clearing away. I was swerved with a luke warm Ruby hot chocolate, the toastie came, it was OK. Not offered any tissues or spoon to stir the hot chocolate which comprised of mostly froth. Disappointed and waste

It's Costa coffee.\\nIf you go in there looking for a new settee, then you'll be disappointed. But if you want a fine coffee. Then Costa is a strong option ?
