Went into Costa coffee Handsworth my 5th visit. Stood behind two men who were waiting for their orders to be completed. A couple came in after me, Girl blonde hair in a ponytail was training an older lady up. I was not acknowledged stood there for 10 minutes completely ignored. Girl training then acknowledged the couple behind me, so I interrupted and asked what flavour lattes they did and ordered a hot cross bun to be toasted . I sat down , 2 men still waiting for their orders....read full review
Absolutely love Costa it's one of my favourite places. Perfect for a morning/afternoon meet up and a great place for work especially with free wi-fi. Staff at any Costa Coffee are super helpful and the drinks are absolutely amazing. my favourites are the Belgian chocolate and Coffee frostino and a medium Americano.

Went in here last week to meet a friend. Was in over an hour n half. My friend has since received a parking fine for the use of the car park!!! What or where do they expect you to park ??? Absolutely disgusting.
