Got food poisoning from here about 3 weeks ago and they tried to blame it on me (somehow). Made an official complaint which is 'under investigation' but haven't heard anything back yet. Didn't even offer me a refund considering they poisoned me, I ended up in hospital, cost me time off work and had to spend extra money on hotels.

Shamz the delivery driver was lovely. Pleased to see how quick the food came! Although they were out of garlic dips, he was great with making sure this was resolved. A great delivery!

I am a bit torn about this review as although it seemed OK at the time, I was violently ill in the night (no alcohol or anything like that involved).Having said that, once you manage to get through the limitations of all the offers and work out the price of menu options and make your choice, it was easy to order face to face.Most people seemed to order online and the shop was empty.They had one table for 4, and a breakfast bar in the shopfront window.The waiting time was reasonable, though it seemed a bit strange that you have to shout to get someone to come to the counter.The pizza was good, I just don't know whether it was that which made me so poorly.

Absolutely horrific customer service, avoid at all costs. I ordered one of the deals yesterday, my order never arrived and after contacting the store I was told they’d check where my order is and ring me back, 20 minutes later they still hadn’t rang so I called to ask again to which I was told that the driver supposedly tried delivering my food but I didn’t answer my phone. I was sat at the window watching every single car go past and my phone didn’t ring once, I have the call logs to prove it. The manager tried to gaslight me into thinking I missed the delivery driver, after calling them the second time the worker was extremely rude and shouted at me saying “you’ll get your refund tomorrow” and slammed the phone down. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Now very good.A few years ago I had consistency issues but now its really good.
2nd time in 4 days that Iv ordered pizzas and they missed toppings off. One was even a special pizza and they couldn’t get it right. They have step by step instructions on how to make the pizzas and they get it wrong. Poor poor service
