Nice pub with large beer garden. IPAs about £5 a pint, I’m told the food is good.Tried the food today - soup, homity pie and fish’n chips all good. ? The pub is also dog friendly which is great.
This is another good community pub. With a slightly different crowd than that of the other major pub on the road. Although some customers frequent both making it an excellent drinking and socializing pub as well as a meeting up place for local families. Very well kept beer, Good drafts and the usual continental range. Nice outside space to the side. ( Not so good for winter ) outside heating would bring them inline with the trend. Such lovely staff. The lady who served us with glasses was so so lovely and helpful! Lots of great vegetarian and vegan options which was refreshing. We paid separately but then realized after service wasn't added. Please accept our apologies. Was such a lovely start to the evening. Will definitely be back.
