I had a great encounter with the member of staff in the store today.When I entered with my assistance dog and was informed no pet dogs allowed, I showed him her jacket that I was carrying, and explained she wasn't wearing it due to the heat.He proceeded to ask (polite) questions about assistance dogs and recognising them, then thanked me for my explanation and for pointing out that the Guide Dogs Only sticker should read 'Assistance Dogs Only' (this does need to be changed).He...read full review

The shop was locked at 23.04 despite being listed as open 24hrs and all the lights on. Fine. The shop isn't 24hrs - only fuel. However the man in the window stared at us and smirked like we were stupid. Avoid
