I had a great encounter with the member of staff in the store today.When I entered with my assistance dog and was informed no pet dogs allowed, I showed him her jacket that I was carrying, and explained she wasn't wearing it due to the heat.He proceeded to ask (polite) questions about assistance dogs and recognising them, then thanked me for my explanation and for pointing out that the Guide Dogs Only sticker should read 'Assistance Dogs Only' (this does need to be changed).He was very polite, asked appropriate questions and was friendly. Very impressed with this interaction as assistance dog teams with unusual breeds often get trouble in situations like this!

I’m dissatisfied with a recent visit to your petrol station in Stafford on the Eccleshall Road today.I use this station on a weekly basis as it’s my local and down the road from where I live and usually I pay using the app.Today I fuelled up this morning for £30 worth of V power with two bottles of water and paid in branch this evening me and my other half decided to go for a nice evening walk around our local area and to nip in to a shop to grab something to eat and as we were heading home we passed the station and we thought we’d call in considering it’s incorporated with Asda and I had seen earlier today the wide selection of food.I nipped to the loo whilst my other half browsed for something to eat however once I finished using the loo my other half approached me to say she felt uncomfortable after being stared down by your staff member at this point it felt obvious that we weren’t welcome and after looking through the selection of food choice we didn’t discover anything we fancied to eat but as we left we were ‘tutt’ed’ by the staff member as if we had done something wrong.I feel this is completely unacceptable, you cannot and should not tut at someone who is using your facilities regardless of purchase.You advertise these service but also I am a paying customer.I might not use the facilities at the time of purchase but I feel I should be able to use them whenever I have the need too.I use this garage every week and today I feel ashamed and embarrassed that I was tutted at for using the facilities it’s a complete disgrace.

The shop was locked at 23.04 despite being listed as open 24hrs and all the lights on. Fine. The shop isn't 24hrs - only fuel. However the man in the window stared at us and smirked like we were stupid. Avoid

What a crazy man there. This place should be freakin band. My worst experience at shell in my 20+ years of motoring experience.No wonder this freaking place has such bad rating. Freakin ridiculous. shocking service, lazy staff didn't accept my Yodel package after travelling for over 15minutes. I don't understand why they sign up for a service they cannot do.

THANK YOU GARY❤️My daughter is 2 months old and unfortunately we had to take a trip to the children's hospital as she became poorly, they told me she needs to stay in for the night so I nipped to the petrol station to get some Redbull and some snacks to keep me going for the night.While at the garage I remembered I'd not packed my phone charger. I explained my situation to Gary and asked if he sold charges and he told me they didn't but he very kindly gave me his own personal charger out of his bag for me to borrow so I didn't need to go all the way home for it. This was such an amazing act of kindness from him and he deserves to be recognised for his amazing customer service and kind nature. Thank you so much Gary, you're a star? wish there was mor Gary's in this world.

Arrived at 22:20, expecting out of hours service. No one inside the shop to prime the pump. Eventually someone came out after five minutes and rudely shouted via the tannoy that there was no service. Fine, but I'm not psychic. Maybe just put a sign in the window and turn off the lights next time?
Man behind counter sound 'it's all off' gave me a sign i didn't understand and pointed at a computer screen. all i wanted was a a pepperami.

Need to hire competent staff, no standards and accuse you of not paying . Thankfully I had the proof to show I did and he didn’t even want to play back the CCTV as he knew I was right, caught him trying to pocket cash with this tactic, shocking service... , considering I don’t have bad experience with shell usually, very shocking from this franchise. After complaining all I was told the staff would be “retrained”If there was a button for 0 stars I would have used it
