Not impressed by being told what your having on your sandwich especially with the

Deal or No Deal, after reading what I thought was a smashing deal on a poster in the window “any footling sandwich £4.99 with the app until feb 20th” I thought great I’ll have some of that. My first impressions of the store were that it needed a good clean, there was rubbish on the floor, I accidentally kicked a discarded cup across the floor spraying myself with some sort of sugary beverage.Another thing I noticed was staff making up sandwiches without gloves, the main sandwich artist’s had gloves, but every so often the cashier would help, they were clearly preparing orders for delivery and gloves weren’t being used by the cashier.After my sandwich had been carefully made by a fully gloved team member, he tried to charge me full price and not the offer price in the window. Someone who I assume was a supervisor came over and quite grumpily said “this promotion has expired “ to which I replied look at the poster in the window it clearly states Feb 20th, to which she replied “it’s you, your app isn't working, you have no points, this has been happening all day”.A rude supervisor , who doesn’t honour deals or have the professionalism to be knowledgeable about the offers available in store. I refused to pay full price, and they would rather send a potential customer away unhappy. I saw them discard the sandwich, what a waste. I would not recommend coming to this place.

Love this subway. I go after work most times. Fantastic friendly man behind the counter. Roll isn’t customer service and brilliant at his job. 10/10

Can someone just verify if the monterey jack cheese is £10 ?My son is ordering a meal, and normally has extra cheese, which is the monterey jack, but it says £10ea........ Is this correct, your charging £10 per slice of cheese on your online menu

If you have an allergy I would avoid this particular subway all the salad stuff was just a mess different veg scattered all over other veg. Definitely need a visit from health and hygiene

They try to put 4 meatballs on a footlong sub then cut them in half when I asked about it was told that's what you get rude staff I told them the picture has six in dont care been doing it this way for months£7 for a sandwich with 4 meatballsFalse advertising dont go here
