I don't know what's changed lately, but it seems like our delivery is always late, seems like it's been reheated, and the last two times there's been items missing. One time I asked for a refund on the missing item, the latest time we asked for them to be fetched, both times amounted to nothing.I'd let it slide if it weren't nearly £40 for two people.

I can only call this an absolute rip off I’m sorry but £5 for this box of wedges? You’ve got me kidding me??? And 8 for this chicken strip portion with not even 7 in! I’m expecting a refund for this as I’m absolutely mortified. Happy to show photos but wont let me add any.

I ordered online and arrived at the collection time. The store was busy, and the staff were panicked, unable to find orders and causing long waits. We were told they couldn't find our order, and then they said they found it but had only made one of the two pizzas; I accepted that it was a mistake, but it then took another 30 minutes to get our order, by which time one of the two pizzas had been sat for ages. I won't be returning to that store again; the staff need a manager or training to be a bit more organised!

So many bad reviews with no improvement? My order was over an hour late and cold. Driver laughed at me and told i shouldnt order when they only have one driver on. Ok, ill wont order ever again

I have given 4 staff rating, because me and my missis spent £40 on food and when it came it was cold, therefore we phoned back up and spoken to a gentleman called DD, he assisted us straight away and resolved the problem, he sent us fresh hot food out as soon as he could and it was spot on the second time round.

Ordered my food in the store and was told 15 minutes, I waited half an hour to to told they’d not received my order. I placed my order at the counter and paid. I then had to wait another half an hour to finally receive my order. Rubbish service. Would not recommend.

Disgraceful.Arrived at Dominoes at 20:50 to order food direct in store and was greeted by a man who not only looked down his nose at us but who looked at me like I was something he had stepped in. He turned his back and walked away without any form of acknowledgement.Ordered pizza and garlic bread and was told when it was made, they'd let us know. We waited outside talking, totally visible to everyone inside. My partner also kept wandering in so they were fully aware of our presence. At 21.15pm, my partner was asked what name our order had been booked under.The girl on the till went looking for it only to find it was waiting in boxes on the 'hot' plate. Have no idea how long it had been on there???When we were handed it (loose term as one of the garlic bread boxes was thrown on top by the same rude man from previous); he looked bored, didn't acknowledge our existence and again looked at us like we were something he'd step over.He then leaned over looking at the computer and acted like I was invisible. Also putting his fingers near / in his mouth, can only hope he sanitises his hands before handling anymore pizza!?After all this, the pizza and garlic bread were cold when we got home - a 3 min journey in total so proves that pizza had been sat waiting a while before they decided to check and acknowledge we were still there!!!All in all an absolute waste of time and money.Will never visit this franchise again and would sincerely suggest no-one else does either.

Ordered twice and both times things missing on delivery. First time delivery driver was obviously stressed and had had this happen more than once, stormed off and didn't speak to us about what was happening. Finally got in touch and they refused to send us anything to compensate. This time we where wise and chose cash payment. Paid for what we had and where told other stuff would be delivered. Young lad was obviously not sure what to do. No one ever came back and no one answering the phone.

Disgraceful, where to start.I ordered 2 Pizza's, 3 chicken mix boxes and 14 wings, I specified on the phone that I would like the chicken boxes and the wings double cooked.The worker on the phone then went on to tell me that they don't do double cooked because it will end up burned, when only 2 nights ago I requested the same, double cooked chicken. It came with no problems at all.My order arrived, my order came to £48.50, I passed the delivery driver £50 to where he took the money and just walked off, not offering my my change. The pizza toppings were stuck to the lid of the pizza box and none of the chicken was double cooked as requested.I rang the store with my problem with the chicken not being double cooked, they said they would send up some fresh chicken double cooked, the 3 chicken mix boxes and 14 wings.The delivery driver then returned with 14 wings double cooked, no chicken mix boxes, I explained the the delivery driver who told me it's not his problem and again, walked off.I rang the store to ask to speak to a manager and spoke to a lady called Kavitha who had no idea of the ongoing problem, she tried to resolve the issue for me but then proceeded to hang up on me whilst I was still talking, strangely she was just saying "thankyou thankyou thankyou" over and over and then hung up the phone.I then went down to the store to try to resolve what had happened, and spoke to Kavitha, she tried to tell me that she would cook all the food from fresh and give it me in store.I explained to her that my family who I had ordered for had travelled back to Doncaster having not ate because of this poor service therefore I wanted a cash refund, she then went on to hold a ticket up to the workers in the restaurant and call for their attention (it was really awkward for everybody there) and asked them to cook this order fresh. Despite me asking for a cash refund.I then explained to her for the second time that I didn't want the order cooking from fresh and that I wanted a cash refund for the food that I had brought back down with me in the car.Kavitha then went on to start bartering with me about money, offering me 50% of my money back, where I then had to barter with her for further 15 minutes until she gave me my full £48.50 back.While all this is happening a gentleman came downstairs explaining he had been waiting 40 minutes for his pizza, where they grabbed it off the side and passed it him with no apology (it had cleared been sat there and forgotten about). The Gentlemen sighed and walked off and said to me his kids had been waiting upstairs for 40 minutes for their pizza.I cannot believe the shambolic service of this restaurant.If I could have given less stars than one I would have, hands down the worst retail experience I have ever had in my life.

Ordered foot at 9:10pm it arrived at 10:45! The app changed to say it it was delivered within the hour. Thinking they are trying to keep targets saying things are delivered when they are clearly not. Blatant lying on the phone saying they were outside despite being on the phone for 20mins still no food. Joke of a franchise order somewhere else. This is not the first time we’ve had issues either with food taking

Waited well over a hour for delivery, was on quality check for over 20 mins, asked to cancel my order and said no! Still no sign of the food, tracker said 11 mins 20 mins ago now says 8 mins! up your game dominos
