I ordered online and arrived at the collection time. The store was busy, and the staff were panicked, unable to find orders and causing long waits. We were told they couldn't find our order, and then they said they found it but had only made one of the two pizzas; I accepted that it was a mistake, but it then took another 30 minutes to get our order, by which time one of the two pizzas had been sat for ages. I have given 4 staff rating, because me and my missis spent £40 on food and when it came it was cold, therefore we phoned back up and spoken to a gentleman called DD, he assisted us straight away and resolved the problem, he sent us fresh hot food out as soon as he could and it was spot on the second time round.

I don't know what's changed lately, but it seems like our delivery is always late, seems like it's been reheated, and the last two times there's been items missing. One time I asked for a refund on the missing item, the latest time we asked for them to be fetched, both times amounted to nothing.I'd let it slide if it weren't nearly £40 for two people.
