Ordering a few feet from door wasn't their best idea as more than 2 people waiting to order blocks the way in/out but looks clean and always plenty

I am not the greatest KFC fan but I was Hank Marvin so just tried a mini fillet burger and a couple of wraps.The staff were welcoming and efficient and all looked happy in their lot. One young lad was working very hard out front to keep tables clear and cleaned.Should tortilla be crispy?

Ordered online for delivery they added 10 minutes on to the arrival time. And the dips are missing this is the second time they have not put dips in and its there on the receipt. How do they get it wrong.

It was almost empty barely any people in the KFC and after we ordered they called us up at the counter and they said its gonna be a 10 to 20minuite wait for chicken!

First time we have been to a KFCSERVICE was good,place was clean and food was quick hade the chicken chips and a drink for one.the drink was fine,the chicken was good the fries or chips were pathetic did not think I had value for the money spent

The staff here want to be ashamed of there selfs. Jack is getting run around like he is some sort of toy to the other staff and they all stand behind the counter finding it funny.. Jack seems to have maybe a few problems but the man is still out there working hard enough cleaning and doing a good job at that...ALL THE CREDIT IN THE WORLD TO YOU JACK AND I HOPE ALL THE OTHER STAFF LOOK AT THIS AND THINK ABOUT HOW TO TREAT OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF THAT ARE NOT LIKE THEM LETS SAY. YOU ALL WANT TO BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELFWE WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SITE AGAIN AND I HOPE LOTS BOYCOT THIS KFC
Not sure if the staff rhink 'Please" and "Thank you" are swear words or a foreign language, but I never heard them used. Food very dry. Evolution has provides me with thousands of sensory receptors in my mouth, which allow me to distinguish tastes. They also allow me to tell if something is hot or cold. If I say my food is cold (while I am still at the counter), I really don't expect the staff to argue with me.

I ordered the banquet for one at the drive through in Thorne Doncaster ..when I arrived at the window to collect my order I witnessed one of the staff a young dark haired lady unboxing a previous order obviously not collected . She looked across at me nervously as she put it back on the shelves in the food prep area then she came over with my order I arrived home to find in my order all the chicken was completely dried out and not edible due to not wanting the drive back I feed the whole lot to the bin a complete waste of £8.99 and my dinner . I will definitely not be going again .I think the management need to be looking at there cctv and maybe this store as I’m finding wouldn’t have such bad reviews /complaints

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff. Bullying the staff member called Jack. His clearly got something wrong with him which makes him more unique then others yet 4 other staff members was constantly laughing at him making him run about in the car park while its throwing it down with rain to serve food on a purpose as they wasn't busy and most certainly wasn't behind with food orders! Absolutely amazing how he can go and get himself a job with the disabilities he does have and for the other staff to disrespect and bully him is an absolute joke they want to be so ashamed of themselves! Jack is a lovely man and does amazing at his job the other staff members are absolutely awful and wonna grow up. And seen as tho there was no manager to be seen to solve the matter I'd thought I'd write a review and hope this gets sorted in a decent manner....

After travelling 20mins for a nice change ! Don’t think I will be again .The floors was disgusting food all over!Bin was overflowing. So people had to leave trays on tables.The glass doors and windows was also disgusting. We ordered the bucket for one and ohh my god some of my chicken had literally been soaked in some spicy stuff . I heard others complaining about the mess when I was there. I would rather wait and eat in a clean space rather than Waite to eat in dirt

Ordered through Uber and items were missing. The food we received was okay, but when you don’t have the full order, there’s not a full meal. This isn’t the first time either at this branch. Won’t be ordering for delivery again
