Bad experience.Really poor quality food & awful serviceWe could not eat the fish as it was like the cheap frozen stuff you can get from supermarkets (low end).They even got a simple order wrong & insisted we had not paid for something. They were put right & admitted they got it wrong. Would not go back or recommend.Instead....Go up the road to Summer lane chip shop for far superior & quality fish & chips.

So just ordered on food hub and money has been taken out to then receive a message from foodhub and sea birds to says they cannot do our order but doesn't provide an explanation to why. So tried ringing and no answer. If this is what the customer service is like then I will not order from here again. I wouldn't mind if they had a decent explanation, but nothing. Now we having to wait 3-5 days for refund and order from another place.

Called in after a few beers in the sun food is beautiful so are the staff the lady who served us was lovely. we had chicken Tika loads fresh salad chips. beautiful.

My husband and I just had , mixed kebab meat and chips , and kebab meat and chips from delivery service . Absolutely outstanding. Loads of meat and proper chips and came when they said it would . Delicious, far too much for me so hubby polished it off . Defo order again , thankyou.

My fish and chips were cooked when ordered rather than being sat in a hot cabinet. Fish good, chips good and certainly good quantities.
ordered a kebab and the woman went to the microwave and started it up to heat the kebab up a lot of the stuff in wombwell sea birds is from that microwave

Just had our first experience of seabirds and it was fabulous. We got regular cod and they were hugh. Really top quality food, all came early and lovely and hot too. We all really enjoyed it and the driver was a lovely polite woman which means a lot as you only meet the driver with getting it delivered and they set the tone of the restaurant. Thankyou x

There menu is not clear enough as when u buy a buy one get one free it says chicken with no description, then turns up with peppers and onions on , I then rang up as my kids don’t like onion and peppers and they wouldn’t change anything about it
