Wanted to have lunch just to try a new place, but unfortunately they don't make food, it's a pity though because they have a beautiful setup, better than other bars around that

Premier Inn Barnsley (Dearne Valley) hotel

Usual Premier Inn experience, easy booking on line, excellent room, bed & desk staff, good parking. Food next door at restaurant is mediocre at best. £10/adult for buffet breakfast is no longer good value. Eat elsewhere if you can.

Anglers Rest

A absolutely cracking little pub best I've ever been in quality drinks at very reasonable prices the landlord and landlady are very friendly and very good people 10 out of 10 for entertainment

The Meadows Brewers Fayre

Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were funny, yet professional. Meals were good. Enjoyed the visit, and will return when next in that area. However, ladies loos smelled of urine, one door lock was broken off, and the hand drier didn't work! I was going to mention to a member of Staff discreetly, but they were all busy with other customers.

The food is delicious!!!The portions were huge for the price charged. We couldn’t finish our meals.We had our order placed around 10 pm. The food arrived nicely packed and it was still hot although the restaurant is pretty far away. 100% will order again, 100% recommend this restaurant. ❤️❤️

The Horseshoe - JD Wetherspoon

We have been away from home on a working trip and eaten out all week. I’ve eaten in Wetherspoons many times nearer home, but this was exceptionally good. We all know it’s a pretty standard menu, but the food is always well cooked and efficiently served. This pub had a great atmosphere and we all agreed that it was probably the best meal we’ve had all week! I was surprised myself! Well done Horseshoe staff xx

Great staff, very clean shop, speedy service. Fish and chips and curry sauce green value for money. Good quality food at a very competitive price. Free parking in the Albert Street car park.

Stopped here totally ad-hoc one night after driving past _so glad I did. Best Tai food I've eaten outside Asia _ second to none!!!!! 5 stars in all departments.

One of the best we’ve had!Don’t believe all you read on here!!The food and service were both outstanding. We’re not local but travel a lot and dine out all over the country (and world). The food we chose was absolutely delicious, flavourful, perfectly cooked, extremely good value, plentiful and served with a smile.I have read the reviews and response to reviews…..hmmmm….the negative reviews all seem to say EXACTLY the same thing…..a little odd don’t you think?

Incredible food , I have ordered regular from here recently for collection to take home and enjoy and it’s 10/10 for taste and flavour. Good portions , very good prices , wouldn’t use any other curry house in Barnsley . Plenty of options for meat eaters , fish and vegetarian options also good ! Everyone needs to try this

Love the food from Dinos its so yummy. ALWAYS cooked from fresh. Good quality food and cooked to perfection. Better then perfection. Always hot. And always have a good chatting and laugh with Dino and his beautiful wife. AMAZING!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ☆☆☆☆☆Lots of excellent pasta dishes, they are my favourite. Proper food proper flavor!!

Called in after a few beers in the sun food is beautiful so are the staff the lady who served us was lovely. we had chicken Tika loads fresh salad chips. beautiful.

Wombwell Charcoal Grill

We've been going to or ordering from here once a month or so for 4-5 years now, we always look forward to it.We come back for the consistently excellent food and good value plus friendly staff inside (or on delivery). Make sure you're hungry though! The menu items are often huge! The lamb is especially good and the pizzas are great - pan-fried base with bubbly browned cheese top.

Of course they make good fried chicken but they also make good: spicy wings, burgers, chicken fillet burger (real whole chicken breast not an oversized chicken nugget on bread), and boneless chicken family meal is a great deal. They have their own app and you can sometimes get 10% off.

Great food and lots of choice. Fast delivery. Our pizza ? place of choice for takeaway.Highly recommended Veggie Volcano!Vegetarian options: Not vegan but veggie options.

Whenever we visit from the Isle of Wight this is our go to place, staff are great food is always fresh and good sized portions and there's a fantastic variety. We can also get just eat delivery to the premier in near corton wood so big win !
