Had breakfast & evening meal here as part of PremierInn deal. While the food was ok the tables were sticky & with old food stuck on them, the floor had last night's litter on it. The plates were cold for breakfast & so was the 'hot' breafast. Poor menu, many options covered in breadcrumbs, pastry, lots of bread & carbohydrates for buffet breakfast. Overpriced & poor quality

Impromptu Halloween get together with my family. They couldn’t have made us feel more welcome. Connor was an amazing host and so helpful. Food was excellent.

Came here to celebrate a friends birthday. Service was fantastic. Big thanks to Connor who was brilliant! Super friendly and nothing was too much! Had a great laugh also. Definitely will be back again. Was first time trying and has made a lasting impression!Dietary restrictions: My friend is allergic to certain ingredients (cream, egg, etc)And they was very friendly about it and gave her a book what each dish has and was very informativeParking: Remember to login your plates for free parkingKid-friendliness: Lovely soft play area. Had a lovely family meal tonight for my husbands 60th birthday. Food was lovely staff was friendly. Katy you were lovely looked after us all you were brilliant.You brought the cake out and lit the candle you was having a laugh with us you made our night so thankyou ? ? we had a lovely night xxx

Went today with my daughters for breakfast was disappointed. Went a couple of weeks ago no buffet so brought to table. Excellent piping hot plus muffins etc. Today buffet was lukewarm and not replenished very quickly no food hardly. By the time I got halfway through it was cold. Seemed a lack of staff. Fruit was still frozen and daughter disappointed no muffins. I asked about green tea took my own. It was good job as nothing mentioned. I know times are hard and produce was excellent just shame about warmth

Nearly £30 for 2 meals that clearly were just warmed up as they took longer to walk from kitchen than to make them. I will never be eating here again.

Upon entering the play area with our 2 children the play area rules were explained. You aren't allowed to escort your children in the bigger play area, our son is happy to run around, although our daughter when going to new play areas needs time to adjust. When we show our daughter around the play area she will then happily run around and play we weren't allowed.The food arrived quite quick which was good, however the food wasn't great, me and my partner had a carvery and it wasn't very nice.The cola in the drinks machine didn't taste right and looked off colour. We mentioned to a staff member they adjusted this, but when mentioned it still didn't taste right his response was well I adjusted it so I can't do anything else.When leaving the same staff member was asked by a customer if he could be served as there was no one behind the bar, and the staff members response was I don't work behind the bar you'll have to wait. The staff member didn't seek a bar staff member to serve, and was wiping down an area that didn't really need wiping and could have waited while he found someone to serve the customer.

Food was lovely! Great value for money ? staff was so friendly especially Jane, she was great with our very chatty 2 year old. Defiantly be returning & recommend to others.

Friendly, but very poor service, food was slapped together, we had a fly in the dessert and they tried to charge me twice for kids dessert. They say when you order a kids meal ,you have to order the dessert the same time. I questioned this on order and was told come back to order the dessert. Went back to get the dessert and someone else advised no will be be charged again for dessert, asked for manager then I was given without charge. Was told for future reference order same time, unfortunately I will not need this future reference as will not be going back.
It is clean but that’s about all that’s good about it. Steak was so chargrilled it tasted burnt, burgers small, hot dog 2 breakfast sausages? Eldest enjoyed his Margaret’s pizza thought. Would you would have called cheap and cheerful … except nothings cheap these days!

Spot on this one, staff were very chilled but professional and made me feel very welcome and relaxed, good was delicious and didn't take forever to come out, nice sitting area outside too.

We had a lovely breakfast with friends…. However we have been here numerous times and generally the staff are great & helpful.. however there is one member of staff who seems to have taken a dislike to my partner and be very rude to him on numerous times that we have been. She seems to think it’s funny/banter but when it’s everytime you go & she says something it’s not the customer service you expect. Another member of staff said she is a love her or hate her. I think hate is a strong word but it is getting very tiresome so much so looking at finding somewhere else to spend our money!!
