Loved this place many years, always order chicken donner meat. Last few orders (5) it’s been awful all day and gristle, no taste. Must have changed it, please change it back.

Bought a lamb shish kebab £9.90.....binned it because the meat was terrible...nothing like lamb. TERRIBL!

Absolutely discusting! Would never order again, my chicken wrap had chicken feathers sticking out of 90% of it, tasted like jack fultons 20 chicken portions for a pound, honestly can’t get over it. My partner has chicken Shish and doner, the doner was clock cold and the chicken Shish was like it had been warmed up in the microwave! Avoid !! Terrible, only gave 1 star as there is no option for no stars

The worst experience ever ,after 1 30 minute call the take away and they says to me that are quite busy,after another 20 minutes nothing, i do not recommend to anyone ,look somewhere else, do not do same mistake like me.

Very Happy. Price was good and food was spot on, delivery was very fast. Furthest take away from home i’ve ordered from yet and it came faster than my locals. The delivery guy was great, very friendly!Ticked all the boxes, can’t fault it.Charcoal Grill have gained a new Customer ?
Me and my Husband was regulars to here, however recently we have experienced a lot of items we have ordered missed of items. This was getting regular however tonight has just finished it for us. To getting 2 pizzas delivered then realised they missed 2 food items and then had to ring to let them know... 45 minutes later our chips and chicken turned up which the chips was not fresh and had old kebab in!! To say we literally live a 3min drive away and phoning them 3 times to see where our delivery was to then getting the phone put down on me is truly frustrating. You could say why didnt we collect but after doing a 12hr shift and being supportive off our local businesses we didnt mind paying a bit more for delivery. But after this experience never again!!

Normally the food is good but definitely not last night. Took 1 hour for 1 pizza to arrive all the cheese on top was completely burnt, I wouldn't have dared send it out, I wouldn't have minded the extra wait if it wasn't burnt
