Worst McDonald's I've ever been to terrible service all they seem interested in is the stinky delivery drivers orders 20 min I waited for a double sausage egg and hash brown wasn't cooked still raw ? inside the coffee was barley warm if I could give zero stars I would definitely avoid this location.

If you want a mystery bag of food then this is where you go too. Too many times our order has been wrong and Appears this is well known locally especially using the drive though. I've stopped using it except for a coffee on the go. They can't get that wrong too?

Needs more staff . Bins outside overflowing no soap in toilets toilets need a good clean too the focus on the appearance isn't a thing . No Internet available one children's tablets available while there is just 3 empty tablets stand just there .needs

words cant describe the stupidity of the people who work at this specific mcdonalds. every single time i order either somethings missing or i get the wrong thing. i ordered cheese dippers and got a mayo chicken instead, but still had the tomato dip for them. i cant comprehend how low of an IQ someone has to have to make a mistake this ridiculous. i work at a mcdonalds myself and it's really not difficult to read the receipt and put the right item in the bag, even if its ur first shift its a very simple and straightforward task. i dont care if ur having a bad day at work because that just doesnt excuse how stupid this is and i cant believe im even writing a review.

Terrible sat in the drive through for half an hour, got home to no fries in the bags (3x large fries not there) and an apple pie instead of a chocolate and burgers just shoved in the bag on theirs side so they were just everywhere when you opened them, absolute

Food came cold, milkshake supposed to be thick but was watery. Burger buns are supposed to be soft not hard and rubbery absolutely disgusting tasted vile who ever prepared the food must not care on handling peoples food wont be returning need to get better
My review is as an Uber/Deliveroo driver. I haven't actually eaten from here so have scored Food as 5 stars, for fairness. Otherwise, service and atmosphere are scored as one star as they're both as shocking as most other Maccies I collect delivery orders from. Staff intentionally avoid acknowledging delivery drivers and are quite abrupt when handing orders over. They seem to forget we're there on behalf of customers who have already paid for food. Several times I've been left waiting for several minutes for an order that shows as 'preparing' on the screen (so I'm waiting quietly) to find it was already done and been sat on the side before I even arrived. If you order delivery from here and it arrives cold, it's either because your driver is rubbish or because this store doesn't put much effort into keeping your order warm when the driver hasn't yet arrived.

I got kicked out at 8:05pm when I went to get a hot drink after work as I am 16. The person who kicked me out was literally in my year at school, actually pathetic how can u hire a 16 year old but kick one out who literally ordered one thing, was on their own, and wasn’t even planning to sit in??I get it’s for “staff safety” but how can one person on their own, who ordered one thing, in their workplaces uniform be a danger?? Lmao it’s ridiculous

I mostly use the drive through but something is always missing from the order. After the 4th order in a row of something missing Ive decided its review time.Over the last years the Burntwood mc Donald's food quality has gotten gradually worse and the constant missing items has now become a joke.Luckily a mc Donald's opened in brownhills which isnt much further away from me. The food quality is what I'd expect and on the few orders I've had from there has had nothing missing.

Google says I went here, but I didn't. I went to Pasha the Indian restaurant just behind it. The difference is immeasurable. Highly recommend Pasha, can only imagine the McDonald's restaurant is very similar to every other McDonald's outlet!

Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin to takeaway. Opened it to find a completely plain muffin. Took back in and explained what it should contain. The server apologised and got a new item. Only to then find this was a muffin with just the sausage. Don’t bother coming here unless you want the wrong
