Good produce, but find it overpriced compared to other supermarkets, always struggle to find items on offer in stock, shelves are usually empty.Butchers in there are really good and helpful, serving nice meats.

One by star is far too great for the experience I’ve just had.Morrisons like most corporate chains are introducing more and more self scan machines, problem is no one can use them and the software is terrible and there is minimal staff support.Four machines I’ve just stood at trying to pay for some hair product! Times was of the essence but I have just lost 20 minute of my life trying to purchase one product. Flashing red lights everywhere a poor young soul trying to man multiple machines and customers. I’ve walked out without my items and I’m late to pick up a friend!Please use local shops, buy local, support local business and boycott these business.Who do I invoice for my time!??

Always like this morrisons compared to my own in Rugeley. Called on, found my stuff, easy. The lady on the checkout should sue the charm school she went to but apart from that all good.

The staff were very friendly but really thin on the ground as store had gone over to auto screen ordering which was laborious and not user friendly to say the least. When the meal arrived it was no better than a freezer meal reheated in a microwave which it probably was. I shall not use the service here (Burntwood) again.
This place is way better than any other I've been to! The take out food was amazing, i chose the salad bar, really good!

My partner recently used the self service Check out, he struggled to put some items through, the assistant on duty overseeing this spoke to him in a very derogatory way, her whole attitude was disgusting and she should not be allowed to make people feel stupid if you dislike your job so much then go and work elsewhere.
