Been coming to the pub for years, came in on a busy night and weren’t taking anymore food orders - spoke to chef and asked if he could put us some food through in his own time and he was happy to, jay is a top man! Little gesture that went a long way for our party.

Went for tea. First choice of steak they hadn't got. Had fish an chips. It was ok...probly 3 out of 10. Batter was too crunchy.. not much fish inside. Had to ask for tartar sauce as they forgot it.This was 4.00 in afternoon so only hand full of people in. Not busyHusband had mixed grill. He said it was nice but he wanted steak medium and it was quite well done.Not sure if I would go again for food when ive been in other pubs and had better.Overall it was average

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at the Anglesey arms. Amazing food, great beers and a really lovely village pub. The staff were amazing, would definitely recommend
Here very often with the boys. A great place to socialise and enjoy some food and drink. Charlie and Tracey are a constant behind the bar and always happy to see us. Sophie and Jordan always send out great food from the kitchen. ☺️☺️

Great village pub with friendly and welcoming staff. Nice garden and bowling green at the back. Some very well kept real ales available and the food is excellent and good value. They have some special offers on during the week. Well worth a visit.

Went yesterday and the Stella and Carling were out of this world. Absolutely amazing lager and a great friendly feel. Will be back soon.

Took on the burning hot burger, absolutely fiery, but....very tasty not just hot, Mrs had the chicken & bacon burger very tasty and filling..Staff were very pleasant, Abbot ale excellent..great food and ales great value.

When we think about celebrations, The Analgsey Arms is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, James best staff member ever and looking tidy. Chicken wing (50% off) might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10
