On our last visit the food and service was first class,I have only gave 3* for atmosphere because we had a drunk and very vocal party of 6 sitting behind

Most importantly, the food was very good and great value for money. Unfortunately, I think the staff had just finished a day shift on HS2, as at times it felt like that had more chance of being finished before our food would arrive! Will go back again, but I'll take a book to read!

Food was lovely and the staff were very nice but comically slow at doing anything, it was like being waited on by the chuckle brothers crossed with my grandad, hilarious ( if your not in a hurry). I'd recommend eating here but if you do make sure your not on a tight schedule.

We travel a few times a year and stay with relatives in Hatton. We ALWAYS go to Bilash Spice when in the area. I cook a great deal of 'Indian food' yet am completely blown away by the quality, service and ambience of this restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....But don't tell too many...

Food was ace. Service was awful. Left waiting over an hour for someone to take our order even tho we walked into an empty restaurant. Food took another hour. On asking for the bill we hand £50 added to our bill that was apparently a mistake. A member of the part lost a very expensive item of clothing which was never found.

First time here will be back good choice of currys and a few English dishes was quite busy so service was a bit slow but overall very happy but take your own

They don't care at all about what they're doing at the Bilash. The quality of the food is poor (they just use pre-bought sauces. See photo), with very small portion sizes, and totally absent service. If you like going here you really need to analyse your standards and broaden your horizons by going to some of the decent restaurants in town such as Apne.

Food beautiful as always but the service Was shocking .very bad service. Table booked for 8pm didn't get table till gone 8.30 nearly 8.45 .it was packed but concentrated on take outs rather than table service

The problem with the Bilash in Stretton Burton is they seem to prioritise take aways rather than seated dinners, on average on a busy night Friday or Saturday you can wait easily an hour for your starter then another hour for your main. Because of this it sort of ruins your dining experience. The main focus needs to seated customer or sperate the business into two. Today's meal arrived at 6.30pm first starter s about 8pm then mains after chasing 9.5pm. terrible service when complaining and we weren't the only ones that night. Shame as food is nice but they need to work on the business side. Tonight rating E- and on average C-
