Please do not eat at burton burger king......the staff serving at the counter are rude, unhelpful,my wife is disabled and i asked for help with her wheelchair to move some chairs so I could push my wife closer to the table to eat her food,the reply was I'm finishing my shift get them to help you. Nobody bothered to even ask if i was ok. We left without ordering it is a disgrace to the disabled people in this country.

Tried to use a voucher on the app. Told I'd have to use the click collect feature when it clearly says show to the cashier. Was kept waiting yo be told this. This isn't the first time this has happened. Your staff need training on the offers and the way they talk to customers.

Ordered food a couple times from here and other times it has been nice and cooked correctly. However, ordered a bacon double cheeseburger tonight and it was awful. It was over cooked and tasted like rubber, my partner had 1 bite out of it and couldn’t take another it was disgusting. Really disappointed.

For a fast food restaurant it's one of the cleanest. No sticky tables like you get in Macdonald's, and last time I went in the local KFC it was a terrible mess.Foods good. Nice burgers and fries. The Doritos chilli heatwave chicken fries are nice but nothing special. Bit of a gimmick.Literally my only complaint is I love milkshakes and they don't do them.Unlimited refil sodas is nice though.It's a little out of the way but from town only a 15-20 min walk.Big car park shared with other stores if you are driving.Parking: Lots of space as there's other stores with shared parking nearby.Wheelchair accessibility: It's ground floor and easily accessed. Plenty of space inside to get around.

Visited on 16/6/23 and was absolutely horrified to see mice running around freely. We bought this to the attention of the staff member serving us at the drive thru and were told not to worry because they can't get into the building. We counted over 6 mice rummaging through the bins and moving freely around and into the enclosed areas of the premises.\\nWill not be visiting again.

This place is almost always empty & they make the food for you from fresh while you are their. Burgers & fries are always popping hot & delicious.

We bought this to the attention of the staff member serving us at the drive thru and were told not to worry because they can't get into the building. We counted over 6 mice rummaging through the bins and moving freely around and into the enclosed areas of the premises.Will not be visiting again.
