However, Amy is an exceptional member of staff, and will go the extra mile to make sure customs get what they need! Costa Coffee is very fortunate to have her on board!\\nI do reviews all over the country in pubs/restaurants and any other hospitality sector and we are very lucky to have Amy working in our town of Burton!! Super relaxing and a cute place to go and get a coffee and read a book or listen to music. The service is lovely as there's the one lady, called Amy, who works there with short blonde hair and she's really smiley and bubble and makes the Costa 10 times more comforting. She honestly deserves a promotion.

Don't think I'll be going back to be honest. Not only did the woman give me too much change and then expect me to find it all back out of my purse so she could correct her mistake, they then proceeded to prepare my order to eat in when I told her directly that I was taking away. I then had no choice but to stand there as the woman lied to her colleague that I hadn't told her it was to take away. She's either blind and deaf or just can't be bothered to do her job properly.
Usual great coffee and toast. Happy staff and good service. Situated in an old Chapel it has style but due to high ceiling is a bit echoey. A bit of damping in the roof would be brilliant.
