Waited an 1 and a half and still it’s wasn’t delivered, no call nothing. I called like 5 times and it was just excuses each time. Not a good place at all.

They will give You different food instead of what You order, tv on that loud that can not have a conversation, Customer service very poor. Food was OK some time ago.

I am a 46 year old man and I ordered a mini burger meal with apple pie. I had a 2 hour wait and it still didn't come so I rang the takeaway and they said they haven't started cooking yet. When it finally arrived later on I was disappointed to see that they missed out my fruit shoot. When I started to eat my miniburger I bit into a bone and it had a note on it saying don't order from us again. So I rang and said ok. Then I started to eat my apple pie and to my horror lentils mixed with diarrhoea leaked out when I broke it apart with my hands. Definitely ordering from here again and will ask them to salt the diarrhoea to get more flavour.

Where do I start, food was over an hour and half late, when it turned up surprise surprise no pizzas! Cold chips and been using this establishment for years but this is the last straw, seems like it has truly gone downhill.
It's not just happened once but so many times cold food, missing items and once I ordered for collection came home I was very hungry and hoping this time food guna be okay soon as I opened my burger box u know what I realised the top burger bun was missing!!! How am I supposed to eat burger like that! I rang back and told them u know what they said oh collect an order one no sorry nothing.

Google said it was open, I turned up and they told me they were closed saying that there was nothing there despite me physically seeing the food in the food warmers. Plus, the service is below par with the staff unable to understand basic English at times.

very poor food hygiene, discovered hair in the burger, reported to manager Mr Taimoor but seems not bothered, Could not believe finding the hair in our food . very poor attitude towards duty of care towards public
