We ordered 5 pizzas at work and they got 1 wrong. They sent out a new 1 and an extra 1 as well to apologise. Mistakes happen it's about how u deal with them. Thank u and it was good pizza as always.

I ordered myself a small pizza Ham and pineapple. It arrived cold, with mushrooms and came as a thin crust I ordered classic also chicken strippers are cold too. was looking forward to a nice hot pizza which I had to warm up. This is the worst experience I have had from you.

I didn’t like the service of this branch, they told me you have to wait for an hour due to jam.. but when my husband entered after 1 minute when i left they took his order without any delay notice! Also the order was wrong he ordered the thin crispy dough and they made only the regular thin

if i could give zero stars, i would. my sister and i ordered this for dinner yesterday and it gave us both food poisoning. we spent the night throwing up, i complained about it the following day once i was feeling better, but the worker said there’s nothing that he can do about it because the order was placed yesterday. if they really did care about their customers, they’d refund me. i’ve not had an issue with this at other take-aways, so i’m not sure why dominoes is being stubborn about this. i couldn’t complain about this yesterday because we had it for dinner and went to bed. it was around midnight when my little sister started to throw up the food, how could i have complained then? shortly later, i was sick. i decided to call later on in the day when i was feeling better, but was extremely disappointed with the response i received.

Sad to say that this place has gone downhill of late. 2nd pizza in the last month was well below the standard I'd expect. I know it's 50% off for collection but I still expect 100% of the pizza covered in toppings not the pie bald patchwork you produced this evening (again). That coupled with the staff, relatively quiet in the shop, stared at and ignored for several minutes before one of them engaged an extra neuron and managed to ask if I'd placed an order... Shambolic is being polite... Avoid...

Absolutely disappointed, upset and discriminate, I lost my cart today and try to buy pizza to feed my kids but unfortunately they don't take cash, so I have to explain now to my kids that they not gonna get food till I have the card, unbelievable
