I have religiously ordered from here since I moved back to Burton, nearly 2 years ago. I have never had any issues with the staff there, but after today I will not be ordering from here again, due to the rudeness I received from the guy who took my order, after requesting 3 pieces of chicken with fries, to then receive 2 of the same portions and told that I ordered it and claiming that he told me the amount I was going to be charged - which is 100% a lie, as I had no idea until the driver arrived with the food. Please listen back to our telephone conversation if you can and apologise to me for making me out to be a liar, you could barely speak English on the phone you doughnut!

When I walked through their door I was given dirty looks by all of their staff and they all started whispering to each other saying things about me. Then I ordered a chicken burger and they said they didn't have any chicken burgers left. So I ordered some chicken wings and chips. Whilst I was waiting I sat down and when my order was ready my bum was stuck to the seat from how dirty it was. I was on my way to work and opened my box for my food and there was chewing gum melted on one of my chicken wings. Its a disgrace a flippin disgrace. Definitely ordering from here again because it tastes so nice.

Decent enough place who your cheap and cheerful food when you're hungry but don't want to spend a lot or too fussed with quality. It's call just chicken but there menu was so big my head started to spin as they do almost everything you can think of. We had special kebab and while the doner was nice the shish and chicken tika was tried and tasteless

Had a Philly steak burger from there tonight, looked like dog food chucked in a cheap bun, grimmest takeaway around here. Avoid
Ordered a meal for 2 and waited over an hour for a man to call and demand more money for delivery as a road nearby had been closed. We had already paid a £3 delivery fee and he was demanding an extra £3 when he got to the door. Order cancelled and will not be ordering here again. Manager was foul. If I could leave a 0* review I would.

I order food 13 pound worth food it should been large sesh tikka donner instead they sent me small potion I paid for large plus donner smell and food was cold and it had hair food which through all of it the bin waist of money I will not be ordering from just chicken again

2 years ago and i likes their food and 2 years on the menu doesnt match their prices delivery they forget part of the order when you ring to get what you ordered get called a liar.. owner was apparently on the toilet unable to come to the phone .. 3 times deliveries been with missing items .. they dont change the oil often so the chips consistency is not there .. no sense of customer service and no responsibility ownership .. chicken batter they put on is the only thing keeping this business alive and tbh its not hard so good luck from your loyal customer for 2 years ..

Been going for a long time..went for our last visit tonight..as always lovely food and good polite service ..sorry it's closing ..but good to know we will be able to order takeaway out soon..thanks to all ...
