?Avoid- Place has gone down hill- Tried to order on just eat- Switched to collection instead of delivery- App wiped out my order- So called up the store and made the order on the phone- Got there and they wanted £37 instead of Just Eat £28- They said I must have missed something from the online order and it was impossible for it to be that cheap- Showed the app with everything added and then manager was like oh then you must have a discount- Showed the app and indeed there was a discount applied- I said I would have ordered via just eat but app deleted the basket so I just ordered direct on phone call- Asked them to match what’s showing in the app- Said I can even put the order through the app now too- They said because I ordered direct they won’t apply the discount and I’ll have to pay the £9 extra- What kind of customer service is this. You’re punished for going direct- No attempt to resolve amicable. Was just rude about it- You got an extra £9 today but lost all future orders- Keep this up and you’ll lose plenty of customers going forward

What a waste and disappointment!Ordered 2 cookie doughs for them to arrive dry, overcooked and small! The portion looked silly in the big silver tray it is served in!We also ordered 2 milkshakes, one kinder Bueno and one ferrero rocher. The kinder milkshake was fine but the Ferrero rocher was an overwhelming peanut butter and nothing else! Absolutely disgusting!DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Although the food is good here it's absolutely a big let down. I ordered online and my order said it was ready at 19:20 I then arrived at the shop at 19:25 and they said it'll be 2 mins. I waited about 10 minutes I then went to the desk had to ring a bell to get attention and they said oh it'll be ready soon. I said it best be cause it said it was ready and it's obviously not in which they just walked away. SO RUDE AND DISGUSTING. DONT TELL ME ITS READY IF ITS NOT READY PLUS HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A WAFFLE !!!!NEVER EVER COMING BACK I GAVE YOU 2 CHANCES AND ITS THE SAME EVERY TIME. don't be fooled guys don't give them money just cause the food is nice. Service is disgraceful

Imagine you’ve been waiting all week after eating clean and decide to treat yourself to your favourite desert and get served up the most underwhelming product, the look on our faces were priceless.Cookie doe was thin and dry with no effort in the presentation literally just chucked the topping on top in full form.The assistant hardly knew the treats on offer and product knowledge was poor, From the outside you’d have thought you was getting premium product but it’s more of a cheap Pub Product. Waste of money and I won’t be going back.

I ordered our usual order of cookie dough and a waffle but was disappointed on this occasion with the size of the cookie. I complained by email and got a call straight back from a lovely girl who apologised profusely and sent out a replacement. I can’t fault the customer
Ordered at 10pm and never received out order when rang at 11 I was told all the orders have gone out for delivery but didn't receive anything all the kids and guests were disappointed,never order from here again!!!

Lovely little shop with surprisingly great pancakes. We popped in on Pancake Day and weren’t disappointed. Lady manager was polite and friendly. Will definitely drop by again. Best pancakes I’ve ever eaten.Did I mention the pancakes? Fantastic.
