Tables are dirty. Cant even see the screen on tablets through all the greasy fingerprints. Most of the staff, looks like are having a bad day, not willing to deal with custumers.Food - Hot hash browns, the only positive thing to say. The muffins did look like 4 year old threw them together.

I got in the building to a baby naked on the floor. That was traumatic enough. Anyways I made my order and went upstairs. The condition was so bad that I couldn’t even breathe. That was when my noodles came to me and they weren’t even cooked. Never coming again.

It was horrible i saw mc Donald staff on the bin sitting on it when they were ment to be working i even had to get the manager he didn't care he looked like a right scruff ball horrible place dont come

Lovely place, lovely people. But I got really overweight using their products back in 2017-19.It's a 'me problem' but deffo don't just sit in your car noshing 5 chicken selects, 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 large fries more than once in a blue moon ?Parking: Sit by the bins so you can simply reach out your window and put all your stuff in. Hardly burns any calories ?

Food was awful..kids are not usually that bothered. But on this occasion they were disgusted. When I went to speak with a member of staff I was told they are to busy and they wouldn't be able to re prepare our meal. To which I would have accepted had there been more than the 4 or 5 customers within the restaurant with no one waiting and no numbers on the screen awaiting prep. Was offered a refund to which I accepted. But even that was made difficult. Absolute shambles..

Ordered through deliveroo. Yet again mcdonalds cannot get the order right and an absolute farce that you have to get a refund through deliveroo. Deliveroo delivered the sealed food they were given. Mcdonalds put the order together and sealed the bag and sent it out as an incomplete order. What a scam. They must make pounds upon pounds from orders missing items as it is no good trying to get a refund from either deliveroo or just eat. They are all con artists. Never using station street burton on trent mcdonalds again. Whoever has the franchise is quids in with their scam.
