We went on a Sunday lunchtime and it wasn't overly busy. We ordered our food and sat down, half hour later no food. Asked a staff member if they knew how long the food would be and was told they are just plating it up. Another 15 minutes pass and still no food! Asked a staff member again, this time for a refund as we were fed up with waiting and the lady just walked off saying she'd see where it was. We did finally get the food after almost an hours wait, wasn't really worth the wait tbh. Overall the service could have been better, maybe they need more staff for the size of the cafe? Won't be returning anytime soon.
The Cafe is freezing cold. The coffee machines require replacing and are frequently out of order and subject to repair which then fails the following day. The cafe regularly runs out of cups, napkins and other items. It is utterly ridiculous to this that this cafe is part of a national supermarket.

Had to wait at the till to give order Coffee machine not working so had to make own instant coffee that was provided free of charge Breakfast was average nothing special and wasnt too warm

"The food arrived cold and all mixed up eggs are black from lying on the large mushroom we also asked for salt which didn't arrive very disappointed we have used just eat for various food deliveries don't choose Morrisons as there are other better breakfast chooses on Just Eat.. can't speak to anyone When at last I did speak to customer services they blamed the delivery driver which is shocking

Disgusting Breakfast food..Everything is deep fried and shrivelled up and luke warm...Dirty uncleared tables everywhere..Staff reasonably friendly but who would be happy serving this excuse for food....Coffee is nice and reasonably priced......Shame as its handy pre shopping...Will not return after several previous attempts...

It has its issues. Generally there is at least one thing wrong with the food every 2 visits - from toast that is dripping with margarine like they are making a point to give you high cholesterol to uncooked eggs.Next it's things like tables not cleaned enough.I think there could be a morale issue here? Perhaps undervalued staff. I do like the place when the staff are friendly.Some of the service isn't the best to be honest. It's just like witnessing the cafes dying daysIt is ok for tea and cake if you want consistency go elsewhere. I go here strictly for convenience and to chat .
