Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a take away. Chips were cold, order Houmous but they just packed the bread, chicken was also cold and tasteless. Easily the worst Nando I have tasted. A lot of money to say for such rubbish food and they couldn’t even get the order right. Suggest you get a manager who knows how to actually manage this place properly and check the delivery to make sure everything has been added to the bag

I ordered a share plate and the chicken was tasty but a bit too dry. Chips just Standard, with a bit of pepper on top. Nothing special really. The salad was very good.Parking: 4 h paid parking if you use local shops

Pre ordered takeaway all went fine til we opened the food Watta bland meal - chicken dry - fries - dry loaded wedges - dry The only bit that was ok were the olives !! 80 quid meal I may as well gone to kfc

I ordered a share plate and drinks, The chicken tasted nice , good, cooked well but a little bit dry, The drinks as usual were all good. Bottomless option for soft drinks. Nice decoration inside, local style design restaurant.

We have had the pleasure of dining here tonight (Tuesday 7th November 2023). We were greeted by a friendly member of staff, Lilly and were seated, ready to order our food.Once our order was placed, it came to light that there was not enough chicken to go round and so we were quickly approached by the manager Chelsea. She made sure that we would be taken care of and so she asked what we would like to have instead to make up for the "missing" piece of chicken.We were very pleased that she used her intuition, professional manner as well as kind and approachable nature and we were served with food of our choice.The food here is very tasty and staff are eager to cook, always bearing in mind any allergens for the safety of the customer.Thank you very much, we really appreciate this kind gesture.Chelsea is an asset to the team and we wish all the staff all the best.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very friendly and approachable.

I visit regularly. The greatest thing about this place is the friendly and welcoming staff, who always provide a great service. The food is OK - typical chain restaurant and I try to go early to avoid busy times as it can be too crammed for my liking. The parking can be an issue on weekends due to the location being a small retail park, but this is no fault of the restaurant.

Visited her on the 20/10/23 very expensive for what u get the garlic bread was hard didn’t taste like garlic bread chips where horrible chicken fit what u paid for rip off my boyfriend had half chicken didn’t even look like half a chicken I had quarter of a chicken it looked like a bit of chicken it tasted under cooked very expensive waiter didn’t care I also felt rush to think they only bothered about ur money £28 for the meals absolutely shocking never again cheaper to go to the chippy

Awful experience. Visited restaurant as a foursome, ordered food together, 2 mains came, then nothing, nothing. Our friends had ate their meal, still nothing. Tried to ask a waiter for assistance, wasnt interested, made my way up to counter to complain, spoke to manager and was told she couldn't control which meals come out in which order. I was flabbergasted, raised my voice to express disgust. got my money back and sat back down for friends to finish their drinks. 15 mins later THE POLICE ARRIVED, POLICE VAN, POLICE CAR , 4 OFFICERS to escort me from premises. They had been told that I was causing a Public Order Offence. Broken Ice machine, Broken Yoghurt machine, Torn seats, horrible service. Sorry but nando's only appeal to younger generation who don't give a damn about quality of service, poor surroundings. All 4 of us are over 50 years old.
