I've used pizza base for years and have always been very pleased. but I'm very disappointed that they have axed the buy one get one free. So I won't be ordering again I'm afraid.

A huge drop in standard of service and quality. I’ve been using Pizza Base for years, in fact since it’s very beginning. But now it’s ended. I tried to be patient but it’s only got far worse.You walk into the place and you’re greeted by grunts from youngsters. Absolutely no idea how to greet customers. You sit there waiting for your pizza and can hear the youngsters talking as if they were out with mates at a pub. Honestly, I don’t want to hear your stories.Pizzas what you get have become completely random. Last 2 I ordered have toppings on one side but almost nothing on the other, just not evenly made (no pizza base, I didn’t store them on end)Then the pricing of the pizzas is a complete con. You buy one get one free but pay for the most expensive, but if you buy just one it’s half price? So if I buy one and get it half price, then buy the more expensive one straight after and get it half price, it works out cheaper by a considerable amount, what a con you have clearly displayed up on the wall there. You con every customer that buys 2 pizzas.

Oh dear, what cheese have you changed to it is vile. Pizzas look as good as ever service brilliant but why change a winning recipe for a cheese that ends up as glupe in your mouth with no taste. Such a shame guys please go back to before as you will lose lots of custom I fear.

A loyal customer from day one when it opened many years ago when owned by Comi and his brother ,how the service levels have changed,been down twice this week,midweek at 9:15 pmto be told that they have stopped “ serving?and went back tonight (Saturday) only to be told that any card sale has to be a minimum of £10,how poor is the service in the shop itself and I will not use them again.
